Black Friday Deals 2009

Black Friday Deals 2009
On Black Friday, retailers move so much product that their balance sheets switch from red to black. And increasingly, manufacturers are leaking those deals early.

Where to find the best deals this season? The Internet is abuzz with news about sales retailers and e-tailers are planning for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Many have already posted Web pages with information on the sales they plan, such as Amazon.com's Black Friday Deals page and Newegg.com's Black Friday and Cyber Monday section.
To compete, other retailers are letting news of their plans slip out early. Fortunately, AOL's consumer adviser Regina Lewis thinks people are safe believing the prices listed in the "leaked" circulars you'll find on sites such as BlackFriday.info and BFads.net.
So in between preparing the stuffing and basting the bird, which deals should you be watching out for?

Cheap laptops: Wal-Mart is coming out with a laptop that's incredibly affordable, at just $198. "A sub-200 dollar price … puts it in the consideration set for a lot of people," says Lewis.
Cheap Apple gear: The iPod-manufacturing technology giant has already sent Black Friday teasers to customers, advertising a "special Apple one-day shopping event" scheduled for November 27th. The circular doesn't list specific deals, but Apple hints at better than ordinary prices. If you've been hankering for a new MacBook, the prices may not get any better.
Cheap digital cameras: Best Buy is advertising a 10-megapixel digital camera for the almost embarrassingly low price of just $49.95, and other stores such as Office Depot are matching that price with different models. Digital cameras will almost certainly be a huge seller on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Watch Miss Universe sex tape!

Miss Universe xxx tape

MissUniverse
It's the latest beauty pageant sex tape scandal - and surprisingly we're not talking about Carrie Prejean.

This time it involves Miss Trinidad and Tobago 2008, Anya Ayoung-Chee, who was reportedly recorded having sex with her boyfriend, Wyatt Gallery, and another woman in a menage a trois.

Initial reports suggested the other woman was Miss Japan 2008, Hiroko Mima. However, late last night, TMZ reported that Gallery was speaking out in order to clear her name.

According to TMZ, Gallery confirmed Ayoung-Chee was in the tape with him and another woman, but the other woman was not Miss Japan.

Gallery went on to claim the video was swiped from his laptop while at a repair shop in Trinidad. The video itself, he reportedly told TMZ, was shot back in 2007.

"I feel horrible and embarrassed for Anya, her family and myself," he told TMZ, and suggested the leaking of the tape was done intentionally to damage her career.

The Miss Universe organization appeared to be distancing itself from this scandal. However, in a quote to TMZ, its statement that the video was shot "eight months after the pageant" would seem to conflict with Gallery's claim it was filmed in 2007.

Meteor shower November 2009
According NASA experts, and other astronomers USA is going to have a shower of 20-30 meteors per hour while the Asian region will get around 200-300 meteors an hour. The best time to watch the meteor shower in USA is after 1:30 a.m. EST up to before sunrise.
Leonid meteor shower travels with a speed of 71 km per second with a visible diameter of 1mm to 1cm.

The Leonid Meteor shower is a prolific shower associated with the comet Tempel-Tuttle. The name, as it might suggest, comes from their location in the sky visually in alignment with Leo. Leonid’s meteor showers are apparently prolific meteor shower associated with the comet Tempel-Tuttle. The shower is visible every year around mid-November when the Earth moves through the Leonid meteor stream that comprises solid particles known as meteoroids, ejected by the comet as it passes by the heat source of the Universe – the Sun. In reality all the entire meteor streaks are parallel, but by appearance they appear to originate from a single point in the sky.

C B Devgun of a Delhi-based NGO, SPACE, said: “A shower of shooting stars is something that happens only a few times. Leonids is one of these and the most prominent one. As a result, the rest of the stars appear as circular arcs.”
